The DuKane Conference is an organization of eight high schools in the Illinois High School Association. Announced in 2016, the DuKane Conference will include eight members from the DuPage Valley Conference, and the Upstate Eight Conference. The remaining DVC schools announced expansion for the 2018-2019 season. The eight teams forming in the conference will be fully formed in September 2018.
